Pasture Raised Eggs

We just love our pasture-raised egg layers!

Our layers enjoy a life of freedom and fresh air. These happy hens live in a custom-built egg-mobile, lovingly crafted by Farmer Paul. This mobile coop allows us to rotationally graze our chickens, giving them continuous access to fresh pasture.

Our hens spend their days foraging for insects, seeds, and greens, which not only makes them happier but also results in eggs that are richer in nutrients than those you'll find at the grocery store. We also supplement their feed with red peppers flakes, meal worms (excellent protein!) and oyster shells/grit! With their deep orange yolks and superior flavor, our eggs are a testament to the benefits of ethical and sustainable farming.

We take pride in providing our chickens with the best life possible, and in return, they give us eggs that are as nutritious as they are delicious. Come taste the difference!

We sell our eggs for $5/dozen and you can find them in our egg stand, here on the farm and at the Broome County Farmers Market every Saturday morning from 9 - 1!
